We work to keep product details, pricing, and availability current, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, update product information, or cancel an order if a listing was inaccurate or a product is unavailable.
Checkout and fulfillment
Orders are processed through the store's checkout and fulfillment partners. Payment, tax, shipping, and delivery are handled according to the information shown at checkout and the policies of the platform or processor involved.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves the fulfillment partner, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing are outside our control.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an order issue that qualifies for a replacement or refund under the store platform's policies or applicable law, contact support as soon as possible with your order details and photos if relevant. Some items may be final sale where permitted.
